The human review principle
AI output is a draft, never a decision. Every AI-assisted deliverable must be reviewed by a competent person before it is issued to management, a client, a regulator or the Board. The reviewer remains accountable for accuracy, confidentiality and professional judgement.
Governance prompt templates
Build strong institutional prompts for policies, contract reviews, risk registers, DPIAs and audit checklists — then run them in any approved AI tool with the built-in counsel-review safeguards.
